Shipping + Returns

DELIVERY TIMES

All items are hand printed in our studio in West Sussex. Personalised products may vary slightly from the photos on the website due to initial/name size and variation. 

​We aim to get orders out 1-2 days after the order is placed, this all depends on how busy the shop is. If you require something quickly then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

UK orders will be sent out via Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked Service. If your order is over £75 this qualifies for free delivery and will be sent out using the Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked Service.

International orders will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked Service, please note we cannot be held responsible for orders getting delayed in customs. 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not then please contact us at jess@locketandstorm.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you. As most items are personalised and made to order we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, please send a message and return the item unworn within 7 days, once received we will send you a replacement. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
