DELIVERY TIMES

All items are handmade by me in my studio in West Sussex. Personalised products may vary slightly from the photos on the website due to initial/name size and variation. 

​I aim to get orders out 1-2 days after the order is placed, this all depends on how busy the shop is. If you require something quickly then please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you. If your order is a gift, I can include a short hand written message on a gift card. Just leave me a note at checkout instructing me with what you would like it to say. 

UK orders will be sent out via either Royal Mail 24 hour or 48 hour Tracked Service, you can select which you prefer at checkout. 

International orders will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked Service, please note I cannot be held responsible for orders getting delayed in customs.
