RETURNS POLICY

I hope that you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not then please contact me at jess@locketandstorm.com and I will do my best to resolve the problem for you. As most items are personalised and made to order I do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, please send me a message and return the item unworn within 7 days, once received I will send you a replacement. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
